The MUD10 Centrifuge control system was designed as an all in one solution for well drilling, fitted with vibromotor, oilpump and main motor control.
Upon system start the panel supplies power to the oil pump to lubricate the drill, then the vibro-motor starts to enable the drill to cut the earth better, finally the main motor starts and the drill rotates.
With its easy to use operation the MUD10 system allows the user to control the speed of the drilling using inverter technology and increase and decrease pushbuttons on the front of the control panel, the system also gives full status indication via LED's. on the front of the panel.
If the system encounters a fault condition it will sound an alarm horn and after a preset time if the fault does not clear the system shuts down.
Interconnections are via a stainless steel junction box at the bottom of the assembly.
The whole system is mounted on a painted steel framework with lifting eyes for easy transportation.
